Introducing calljmp studio: Visualize your backend like never before

That’s why today, we’re excited to launch Calljmp Studio - a new feature that lets you visually explore your entire backend, from database structure to access permissions.

What is Calljmp Studio?

Studio is a visual interface that shows you how your backend is structured and secured. With it, you can:

• View your database schema at a glance: see tables, columns, and how they relate to each other through foreign keys.
• Understand access control paths based on user tags (our flexible permission system - think roles, but better).
• See how storage buckets are connected to different tables and who has access to them.
• Trace CRUD permissions - visually identify what data each user tag can create, read, update, or delete.

Why we built studio

Many mBaaS platforms either leave developers guessing or force them to manage backend logic manually. We wanted to change that.

Mobile backend development often starts simple but grows in complexity fast. Suddenly you’re dealing with multiple user roles, data permissions, secure file storage, and foreign key relationships that aren’t always easy to trace.
