Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Customer") and Calljmp LLC ("Calljmp", "we", "us", or "our"). It governs the processing of personal data on behalf of the Customer in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
1. Subject Matter
Calljmp processes personal data on behalf of the Customer to deliver backend infrastructure services through its platform and APIs.
2. Nature and Purpose of Processing
We process data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes routing, storing, authenticating, and managing data generated or submitted through your mobile app or dashboard.
Types of data processed may include:
- Email addresses
- IP addresses
- Authentication tokens
- Uploaded files
- App and user metadata
Categories of data subjects may include:
- End users of the Customer’s mobile application or service
3. Roles and Responsibilities
The Customer is the data controller.
Calljmp acts as the data processor, processing Customer Data only on the Customer’s instructions, unless required otherwise by law.
4. Security Measures
Calljmp implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data, including:
- Encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Role-based access controls
- Least-privilege operational policies
- Hosting and data isolation on Cloudflare’s secure infrastructure
5. Subprocessors
Calljmp may use subprocessors to help provide the Service. These include:
- Cloudflare – edge compute, database (D1), and storage (R2)
- Stripe – billing and subscription management
- Resend – transactional email delivery
- Analytics providers – dashboard and platform metrics
We require subprocessors to meet data protection obligations consistent with this Agreement. A list is available upon request.
6. International Data Transfers
Calljmp may process or store personal data in countries outside of your jurisdiction. When transferring data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place.
7. Assistance with Data Subject Rights
Calljmp will assist the Customer in fulfilling requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws, such as access, rectification, or deletion.
8. Breach Notification
If we become aware of a data breach affecting Customer Data, we will notify the Customer without undue delay and provide all relevant information to support compliance obligations.
9. Data Deletion
Upon termination of the Service or at your request, we will delete or return all personal data, unless required by law to retain it. Self-service deletion is not currently supported but is planned for future release.
10. Compliance and Audit
We will make available relevant documentation to demonstrate compliance upon reasonable request. Customer audits must be limited in scope and conducted under confidentiality terms.
11. Duration
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as Calljmp processes Customer Data under the Terms of Service.
